Moldova Dissemination
Participants from Moldova were from different regions of the country and they implement by themselfs different follow up activities as folloed:
Aliona Isac
Aliona, made a dissemination event in National Youth Council of Moldova with 17 people, aged 15-30, volunteers of National Youth Council of Moldova at 29.05.2022, from 16:00-17:30. The activity was carried out with NYCM volunteers. I informed the participants about the IN & OUT" project in which I participated in Greece. We talked about Youth pass and Erasmus +. I did 1 energizer and 2 activities. The participants liked it a lot and they also want to participate in such projects.
Drucec Teodora
The follow up activity from Teodora was done at 13.05.2022, from 15:00-16:30 in the Republican Centre for Children and Youth ARTICO, there were 25 people, aged 15-21, volunteers in the field of non-formal education. First of all I explained what is Erasmus+ and the types of projects, I gave some general information about the sending organisation and the organisers of the mobility, I have also talked about my feelings about the project, the experience as a whole, and then I did a couple of activities and energizers that I have learned during the mobility.
Boțan Victoria
The follow up activity from Victoria was done at 27.05.2022, from 16:30-18:00 in the Municipal Youth Centre, Chisinau, 16 people, aged 15-32, volunteers and youth workers of Municipal Youth Centre, young people with disabilities, beneficiaries of organization I work for - The Association "MOTIVATIE" of Moldova. First of all I explained what is Erasmus+ and Youthpass certificate. I gave some general information about my organization and also I told about National Youth Council of Moldova, the organization that selected the participants from Moldova and opportunities for young people and the organizers of the training course "IN & OUT". I also told with young people about my own experience of participating in the training, what are the facilities for an exchange of experience with Erasmus +, and then I did 2 energizers with young people, I talked to them about important of human rights and inclusion. Finally I played with them the activity Step by Step. Then I debriefed this activity.
Aramă Bogdan
The follow up activity from Bogdan was done at June 20th 2022, from 15:00-16:30 in the City Library Cimislia, Moldova, 10 teenagers, aged 14-18, volunteers were present in the activity. Participants of the follow-up activity discovered what the Erasmus+ Program is, its goals and results, the organisations that took part in this project: Acpelia, CNTM. Also, the participants were informed about the activities in the "IN & OUT" Project, the techniques developing our life (visualization, map of the life, 8 questions about ourselves), found out the participating countries, the visited cities and sights. There were organized games, so participants had to use their creativity and team building abilities. During and after the activity the participants were interested and enthusiastic about my experience. They discovered better this opportunity of participating at Erasmus+ projects and were motivated to developed themselves and to do that.

Victoria Botan:
I've been lucky to take part "IN & OUT" training course, but most of all, I'm glad because it makes me feel hopeful. A long time ago, Eddy Hilitanu and I created a workshop that makes people understand how to help people with disabilities according to their specific needs. I'm happy and proud that I have met people that think like us, like Acpelia and In-Planet teams who are willing to host people with different disabilities.
From every project, some people continue to hold this workshop and share the knowledge with their communities and groups of youths.
This project wasn't an exception.

Teodora Drucec
The Erasmus + "IN & OUT" project in Athens, Greece - wonderful experience, in which I learned a lot.
I got to know the culture of each country better, through music, dance and traditional food. I had the experience of promoting my country, wearing the national costume, dancing and playing the whistle. It's a very precious feeling.
I've observed that we all are different, and that makes us unique and stronger together.
I discovered Greece, Glyfada, Athens. It was an exceptional time!
For the first time I participated in a project with a favorite topic, about which I studied a lot independently and also here - "Self-development and contributing to the formation of a better world", this giving me motivation to continue this also today.
I have come to the conclusion that anyone around me can offer me something new and interesting for my personal life, and no one should be underestimated, and only the courage to start a conversation adjusts the process of knowing myself and the people around me.
I had the opportunity to share my personal experience in the activities to the participants, and I felt that it really contributes to self-discovery, and my own desires. And motivates!
Thank you to the organizers for the idea and dedication. Continue with the same motivation!
This project together with the participants contributed a lot in my thinking and actions. Thank you for everything!
Bogdan Arama
Within the "IN & OUT" Project in Glyfada, Greece we had useful activities aimed at self-knowledge, thinking out of the box, collaboration and efficient use of time. We discovered techniques to focus on our purpose: mind control, visualizing the result, creating the map of life.
Using creativity, identifying solutions to real problems in life, presenting the lives of personalities who have demonstrated innovative thinking and action in their work, the influence of human rights in our lives.
All these activities managed to change my vision of life, and thanks to the opportunity to share my personal experience about using the techniques with the participants, I understood the importance of giving and serving others, because this way we can achieve eternal happiness and fulfillment.
"Just as I entered this world empty-handed, so I am destined to leave. That is why I am here for one reason only: to give myself to others and to make my own contribution in a meaningful way."
Aliona Isac
Between April 25 and May 2, I participated in The Erasmus + "IN & OUT" project in Athens, Greece.
I had a wonderful training, I discovered a new country, I had dear people from 8 different countries, where I could learn something from each one.
The trainers were the best, they put their soul into every activity, they did everything possible for us to feel good.
I realized how essential it is to discover different experiences from people, to share my history, to discover common interests and to act together towards common development, only in this way life becomes more interesting, intriguing and bright.
